HOW CAN I LIVE AT NORTH VALLEY COMMUNITY?
At North Valley Community, we value our resident's peace of mind above all else. Therefore, an application process is required to live here. Please contact us for more information about the application process (which can take 10-14 days to finalize).
HOW MUCH IS RENT PER MONTH?
Rent for 2022 is $450 per month and is automatically withdrawn on the 4th of the month.
IS WATER INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Water is not included in the rent but is metered and paid at the same time as your rent
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Upon management approval. No more than 3 pets per household which includes no more than 2 dogs. Breed must be approved by court management.
DO YOU ALLOW OR HAVE ANY HOMES TO RENT?
No. Our community requires occupancy by the owner of the home.
DO YOU PERFORM BACKGROUND CHECKS?
Yes. Any person in the court 18 and older will need to submit to a background check. Visitors staying longer than one month during a year must submit to a background check.
WHAT DAY IS GARBAGE COLLECTION?
Garbage collection is on Fridays. All garbage must be in the receptacle and no grass clippings are allowed.

All personal information is used strictly for communication purposes & for the continued safety of residents only.
